Engagement:

Each engagement is customized to fit the individual situation.  A simple contract is used to establish the monthly compensation rate, the number of days a month required and reimbursement of direct expenses if applicable. 

The fee is all-inclusive.  No insurance, payroll taxes, pension plans, severance packages, paid sick days, or auto allowance, normally associated with an executive position, need be considered.
