Background:

I have thirty-three years of result-orientated experience within the accounting discipline with particular emphasis on strategic planning, financial reporting, cost and pricing analysis, labor reporting, cash management, budgeting, bank negotiations, and external audit coordination.  My career includes significant experience with system implementations in a variety of manufacturing, engineering and service companies.

Over the past sixteen years, as a consulting CFO, my clients and I have completed debt financing with TD Bank North, Bank of America, Citizens Bank, Ocean Bank, Centrix Bank, GE Capital, Merrill Lynch, and NH Business Development Corp.  Other major projects included mergers and acquisitions, hiring and cost cutting decisions, and business system implementations.

Prior to becoming a consulting CFO in 1990, I spent seventeen years in Finance and Management Accounting, working for several high technology and manufacturing companies.  My positions included Director of Budgeting and Planning, Operation's Controller, Manager of Marketing Administration, and Engineering Controller.

My education includes an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University in 1981 and a BS with a major in Accounting from Bentley College in 1972.
